Про другой стиль красных.
Когда в ответ на белый террор (убийтво Урицкого и т.д.) был начат красный террор, в документах о нем проводилась такая линия - казнить очень немногих, раструбить вовсю. То есть казней на копейку, запугивания на сто рублей.
